This view from the patio allowed me to be social with my family, as we all sat on the patio enjoying one another, and the views. An 8" x 10" plein air canvas with water soluble oils and a #2 round brush.

This cloudy, windy day I stayed closer to the house, you can see the stems from the lily pads in the foreground, and just s few of the White Mountains can be seen on the horizon, behind the trees across Kezar Lake. This is a 6" x 8" plein air canvas, and I used water soluble oils and my new #2 round brush which I am loving.
This view is from the dock of the Bradford's summer lake house, which we have been renting for two summers. It's a beautiful view of the White Mountains. There are trees on the right that I simply did not paint in, as everything had begun to shift well before I had established the elemnets on the canvas. This canvas is quite small, 5" x 7" and has an inch and a half deep sides, which I painted a grey blue. Water soluble oils with my new #2 round brush.
Kezar Lake
Spending the week at Kezar Lake, this is the view of the White Mountains from the town beach in Lovell. It's a small 8"x 10", plein-air canvas; and my favorite water soluble oils. I use a new #2 round brush for all but the sky.

A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Girl
I am starting a new project, inspired by another artist. I'm posting the progression, so we can have a critique!
