Rache, I know you don't consider images created on the computer art, but this is my art for today. It was a commissioned piece, you could say. . . for Jim, for a client of his. I did get my hands messy with some real oils but not enough to show you. I plan to spend a lot of time painting tomorrow - the boys are heading up north, so if you feel inclined. . .
Finally posted the apple and glass, I am not happy with the lack of symmetry in the glass, but am having fun with reflections.

Well, who am I to say what's art and what's not. I'm ashamed of myself for acting so haughty--art is what you make, if you are an artist, and you made that, and it looks like art to me. I even like it! I am getting on a plane tomorrow for Austin and will visit that gallery. PLus I'll paint a lot, and will do some of the color studies I learned about. I did paint yesterday, and the day before, and will post those soon.
